  • I understand that the AEC will assist me with all support services necessary to arrange my admission to the Australian/New Zealand University on the basis of direct enrolment.
  • I understand that I will be required to complete University specific application forms for the relevant Universities which the AEC will download/forward to me.
  • I am aware that I will be required to meet specific deadlines (notified to me by the AEC) to complete forms, provide necessary transcripts and other support documentation to finalize my admission and entry to Australia/New Zealand. I further understand that failure to meet these deadlines can jeopardise my admission process, housing or arrival into Australia/New Zealand.
  • I have sufficient resources or access to financial aid, scholarships or other sources to pay for my education in Australia/New Zealand.
  • I am aware that the $100 tuition deposit paid to the AEC will be refunded to me in full should my application be declined by the Australian/New Zealand University.
  • I will abide by all rules and regulations of the relevant Australian/New Zealand University and the Australian/New Zealand Government.
  • I understand that I will be required to pay my tuition fees in full prior to applying for my Australian/New Zealand Visa. I further understand that if I am entitled to financial aid, the AEC will assist me to finalize tuition payment arrangements based on disbursement dates. I understand these arrangements will need to be made with the agreement of the Australian/New Zealand University.
