Before you complete the form, we ask that you read the following:

Remember that whether you apply online or through the mail with a hard copy application, you must remember to do the following:

1. Send to the AEC your transcript. You can do this by asking your home school to provide you with your transcript in a sealed envelope and then sending it to the AEC or you can request that your home school forward this directly to the AEC. Or you may send an unofficial copy to the AEC but request an official one to be sent to the AEC in due course. Click here for AEC address.

2. Send to the AEC your program deposit of $50. (see FAQ - why the deposit?)  Remember to mark on your cheque your full name as listed on your application so that the AEC is able to match your cheque payment with your application form. (This is particularly important when a student applies online and forwards separately the program deposit in the mail.)

3. Provide your advisor with the attached reference form for completion. It is important that you print it and give to your advisor so he/she can return it to the AEC. (The AEC address is listed on the form.)

4. We require 2 photographs which should be no more than 2.5 x 2.5 inches. They should be passport style. We will also accept good photocopies of your photos as long as they are clear. At the back of each photo, write clearly in caps your name, social security number and date of birth and send to the AEC.

The AEC prefers you to send the program deposit of $50 and the 2 photographs together in the mail as soon as you have applied online. If you have an unofficial transcript please include this in the envelope at the same time, however note that at some stage the AEC will require an official transcript so make sure that it is requested from your home school. The reference from your advisor will need to be sent when possible, but preferably within 2 weeks of your application unless your Advisor is away and you require more time - in this case send an email to the AEC at enquiries@mystudyaustralia.com
